About the Internship
Starting on January 2, 2025, H.K.J. & Associates will be offering a paid internship for one month at our office in Mayur Vihar, Delhi. The following will be practical experiences for interns:
- Drafting and Conveyancing: Deal with papers such as lease agreements and sale deeds, among others.
- Due Diligence and Title Search for Properties: Take part in title examinations and due diligence procedures for properties all throughout India.
- Legal Compliance & Registration: Learn about project sanctions, approvals, and legislative requirements.
- Litigation Support: Help with criminal, civil, and business cases
Eligibility
- Law students living in the NCR area who are in their 2nd or 3rd year of an LL.B. program, or who are in their 4th or 5th year of a B.A. LL.B. program.
- Proficiency in due diligence, basic drafting, and property law.
- It is better to have prior internship experience in business law or real estate.
Duration
Starting on January 2, 2025, the duration will be 1 month on-site.
