SVF Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian film production and distribution company, founded by Shrikant Mohta and Mahendra Soni in 1995. Apart from producing and distributing Bengali films in West Bengal, Bangladesh, Assam and Tripura, SVF also distributes Bollywood and Hollywood films in East India. About the Internship
SVF Entertainment Private Limited is looking for legal interns to join their team, on an immediate basis.
Eligibility
- Students of their 4th/ 5th year (of 5 year law course) or 3rd year (of 3 year law course) can apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with daily tasks
- Draft legal agreements and manage workflows
- Independently handle workflows like execution, archiving, keeping all MIS and trackers updated.
Duration
Minimum 6 months commitment (first month is an assessment period)
