About the Opportunity
Lexansh & Co. has opened up an application for the associate (litigation) position to work with them at their office in Gurugram.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Well-versed with the knowledge of NI Act, RERA (UP, Delhi & Gurgaon);
- Can handle the clients in family dispute matters;
- Provide Assistance to seniors in commercial disputes;
- Can appear before the district courts;
- Well-versed in the preparation and drafting of legal notices, pleadings, replies etc.;
- Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions;
- Review and summarize evidence and documents relevant to cases;
- Attend court hearings and client meetings, providing legal advice as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and build cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Candidate must be based out of Gurugram only.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
