About the Job
To strengthen their Banking & Finance compliance team, KAY & Partners is seeking a driven Legal Associate.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the Banking & Finance sector.
- Familiarity with SARFAESI Act 2002, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Arbitration Act, and Negotiable Instruments Acts etc and other relevant banking laws.
- Strong drafting, client management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
Responsibilities
- Having a thorough awareness of the legal frameworks governing the banking and finance industry and paying close attention to detail when draughting and examining legal notices and answers.
- Assist clients in achieving their goals by getting to know them well and making sure their needs are fulfilled quickly and effectively.
- Administration and oversight of a group devoted to our banking and finance clients.
- Weekly and monthly management of the MIS.
