Job Description
- Overseeing the entire hiring process for mid-senior positions
- Establishing connections inside the legal community (firms and corporations)
- Create a strong legal talent data analytics and management system in India.
- locating and luring prospects using social media, databases, etc.
- Setting up interviews and selecting applicants for available roles
- Develop and maintain high-touch connections by building a pool of suitable candidates, both active and passive, from which to choose when new roles become available.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Indian law
Qualifications and Skills
- The ideal applicant would have experience in sales.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of HR software, databases, and management systems in addition to job boards
- A track record of conducting a variety of interviews, including video and phone interviews
