About the Internship
This is a research based internship in the field of corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Conducting research in the area of corporate law
2) Assisting in drafting reports

Application Procedure:
You need write a short write-up (400-500 words) on any compliance of your choice, mandatory for a private limited company in India.
Important Note: They are not looking for a description of the compliance itself but a detailed account of how such compliance is carried out as defined in the law. This task will likely require you to reference your bare acts and conduct thorough research.
