Responsibilities
The position combines advocacy, research, and litigation. Criminal law, constitutional law, POSH, family law, consumer law, labor law, and domestic violence law are among the practice areas. Litigation in the High Court, trial courts, consumer courts, labor courts, and family courts is part of the task.
