About the Job

To join the litigation team at his office in Defence Colony, Adv. Moksh Jain is seeking a law associate. Practice areas include civil and criminal litigation as well as dispute resolution.

Legal Forums: Delhi District Courts, Delhi High Court, Delhi Supreme Court, and Delhi Tribunals.

Eligibility

• Skills and Qualifications Requirement: Experienced candidates will be given preference. (PQE: 1–3 years)
• In addition to having excellent writing and analytical abilities, the candidate should be able to interact with clients and coworkers in an effective manner.

Responsibilities

In addition to creating strategies and doing legal research, the candidate will draft and prepare documents and pleadings.
