About the Job

A capable and driven Corporate Legal Associate is needed to join KNG Tech Law’s vibrant legal team. A solid foundation in corporate law and a strong desire to help many facets of company governance and compliance characterize the ideal applicant.

Eligibility

1-2 years of experience, ideally in a corporate legal department or law firm, in corporate law or a similar sector.

Responsibilities

Create, evaluate, and negotiate business contracts, merger and acquisition agreements, and partnership agreements.
Offer legal advice on issues related to company governance, compliance, and regulations.
Contribute to the creation of company records, including annual reports, board minutes, and resolutions.
Performed legal research and examined legal concerns pertaining to business dealings and operations.
Strong grasp of compliance, corporate governance, and business transactions.
Outstanding communication, drafting, and negotiating abilities.
