Vishrut and Associates is inviting applications for a paid assessment internship covering a wide range of IBC-related assignments. You will be joining their Process Advisory division. The duration is minimum 6 Months time, looking for long term Association.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assistance to Insolvency Professionals
• CoC/SCC meetings
• Drafting
• Claim verification
• other similar work

Eligibility Criteria

• Law, CA, CS, CMA aspirants or freshers
• Candidates from similar professional backgrounds
• PGIPians may be preferred.

Preferred Exposure:

• CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Liquidation
• PPIRP (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process)
• PG (Personal Guarantor) case
