Eligibility
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools is a plus.
- Prior Internship experience is must.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Perform administrative duties as needed various statutory compliances for clients
