Roles and Responsibilities

- Researching real estate rules and regulations from a legal standpoint
- Helping to draft legal papers, including agreements and contracts
- Taking part in court proceedings and client meetings in order to obtain real-world experience
- Checking and evaluating real estate paperwork to make sure they adhere to legal criteria
- Helping to draft memos and legal pleadings for submission to the courts
- Working together on a range of legal topics and efforts with other team members
- Keeping abreast of the most recent changes to real estate laws and regulations
Eligibility Criteria
- Are open to full-time internships conducted in offices.
- May begin the internship on August 27, 2024, and end on October 1, 2024.
- Are accessible for a period of six months.
- Are either from Navi Mumbai or willing to relocate there and its surrounding cities.
- Possess the necessary abilities and passions
Stipend
₹ 5,000-10,000 /month.
