Juris at Work is inviting interns experienced in Corporate and commercial contracts.
Eligibility Criteria
Only final year students are eligible to apply.
Skills Required
- Contract Drafting
- Contract Review/Redlining
- Corporate Contract experience and interest (Shareholder agreements, SLAs, Employment contracts, Vendor Agreements, MSAs, etc.)
- Adept at drafting Commercial contracts and related documents such as Privacy Policy, T&Cs, EULAs, etc.
- Have interest and basic knowledge of M&A and related contracts
