About the Opportunity
Nuvama Group is inviting a law student to join their Mumbai Office for an internship of 6 months.
Responsibilities
The Intern shall be required to assist in:
- Legal Research including interpretation of laws and judgements of the court
- Examining legal issues related to new business proposals
- Structuring, drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts and other legal documents
- Developing Company’s policies and positions on legal issues
- Any other tasks/responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time with respect to legal advisory and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements

- Pursuing Bachelors of Law (LL.B) from a reputed law school/college.
- Preferably, having knowledge of Corporate and Securities law
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding drafting and research skills
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Proven comparable experience in interning with a corporate or law firm
