About the Opportunity
Applications for physical, full-time internships are being accepted on a rolling basis by the Office of Justice K.V. Viswanathan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, from October 2024 to May 2025. This one-month internship offers opportunity for immersive learning and is extended dependent on performance and availability. Unless otherwise noted, internships will begin on the first working day of each month.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write briefs that provide an overview of the case’s facts, arguments, and pertinent case law.
- Investigate the law thoroughly and write memos and opinions.
- Participate in meetings and judicial hearings while keeping thorough minutes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate law students (2nd year or above in 3-year program, 3rd year or above in 5-year program)
- Postgraduate law students
