Advocate Ashok Soni is the founder of Soni IP Office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. He completed his Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2019. Since then, he has dedicated himself to the legal profession, specialising in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law.

About the Opportunity

Soni IP Office has opened up applications for internships with them for 1-2 months starting from the month of June 2025, both online and offline, at their office in Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities

To learn and work on cases/applications related to trademarks, copyrights, etc. To draft the reply to the examination report, opposition, counter statements, rectifications, infringement and passing off suits, civil suits and related litigation and prosecution work.

Eligibility Criteria

Looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented law students or recent graduates with a keen interest in Intellectual Property Law, and who have basic knowledge about IP laws.
