About the Internship

Eligibility
- Open to all law students.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Keen interest in litigation, arbitration, corporate law, and criminal law.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Court Visits at Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, All District Courts of Delhi, DCRC, NCRC, NCLT.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on diverse legal issues.
- Assist in drafting petitions, contracts, pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes.
- Observe and analyze court proceedings and arbitration hearings.
- Summarize case laws, judgments, and statutory provisions.
- Participate in legal discussions and case strategy meetings.
