About the Job
Mahindra Logistics is looking for a committed legal expert to work in their headquarters in Gurugram. 4-6 years of expertise managing end-to-end commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and due diligence in a fast-paced corporate setting are required for this position.
Eligibility
- An LL.B. or LL.M. in law from an accredited university; candidates from NLUs are preferred.
- Outstanding ability to negotiate and communicate.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
- A professional who values teamwork but is also capable of working alone when needed.
- Experience: Only four to six years
Responsibilities
- Drafting, evaluating, and overseeing company contracts to make sure they support corporate goals.
- Putting in place efficient procedures and controls to guarantee legal compliance across areas.
- CCarrying out legal research and due diligence to assist in making strategic decisions.
- Promoting legal and compliance knowledge by working with cross-functional teams.
- Litigation Management for lawsuits brought by or against the business.
