About the Internship
We are seeking remote legal research interns for a one-month internship at Hatch Legal. This is an opportunity to learn more about corporate law, help investors and companies, and boost their performance by offering crucial legal advice and insights.
Eligibility
- 2nd year or above in 3 year program 3rd year or above in a 5-year integrated law program
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Strong written communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- A strong interest in startup culture and corporate law.
Work Profile
- Perform thorough legal research on rules pertaining to startups, compliance, corporate law, banking law, and intellectual property.
- Give founders and investors information and updates on legal developments so they may make well-informed decisions.
- Work together to create legal material for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Create presentations and reports for internal and external use.
