M.D. & ASSOCIATES are seeking for law interns interested in Intellectual Property Rights for a  paid internship opportunity .

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
• With an intense interest in the rights to intellectual property.
• Outstanding analytical, drawing, and research abilities.
• Dedication to an internship lasting at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting and filing of documents related to IPR.
• Do legal research on patents, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property issues.
• Assist with opposition and lawsuit processes.
• Communicate with clients and provide advice assistance.
• Keep up with the latest IPR rulings and regulations.
