Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 on 20th March 2014, is one of the premier National Law Universities in India. The Act envisaged to establish National Law University in Maharashtra to impart advanced legal education and promote society oriented research in legal studies for the advancement of societal life of the people in the country.
About Forum on Commercial & Corporate Laws (FCCL)
The FCCL will serve as a platform for students, academicians, and professionals to engage in discourse on pertinent issues within various domains of or relating to corporate law, ranging from antitrust law, arbitration law, company law, consumer protection, ESG considerations, insolvency and banking, intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and tax law, among others.

The Centre for Training and Research in Commercial Regulations (CTRCR) of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is delighted to announce the inauguration of its Forum on Commercial & Corporate Laws (FCCL) .
Submission Guidelines
- Co-Authorship: Co-authorship is permissible only up to a maximum of two authors.
- Word Limit: 1200-1500 words (exclusive of citations).
- The manuscript must be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
- The manuscript and title itself should not contain any identifying information about the author(s) or institution(s).
Formatting Guidelines
- Body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12 and line spacing 1.5.
- The footnotes should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10 and line spacing 1.
