Eligibility
- 2–5 years of expertise with compliance and CLM tools
- A bachelor’s degree in law or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in using compliance management software and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of compliance rules and contract management concepts.
- Experience with Compliance Tools and CLM tools such as DocuSign CLM, Coupa, Icertis, or any other related platforms is a plus and Observance
Responsibilities
Management and Upkeep of Tools
- Oversee the compliance and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, making sure they are set up and maintained appropriately to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in compliance mapping and experience working with compliance tools are essential. Make sure that all local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations that are pertinent to the business operations of the company are followed.
Optimization of Processes
- To expedite contract approvals, document storage, and audit trails, create and deploy workflows inside the CLM and compliance tools.
- Find ways to improve current procedures for increased efficacy and efficiency.
Monitoring of Compliance
- Make that the compliance tool is efficiently monitoring and reporting risks, regulatory requirements, and policy adherence.
- To guarantee accuracy and completeness in compliance reporting, audit the tool’s data on a regular basis.
Management of Vendors
- Communicate with outside suppliers in charge of contract management and compliance tools to guarantee that security procedures, upgrades, and system uptime are observed.
- Oversee vendor contracts to make that SLAs are fulfilled and services are provided as agreed.
