About the Opportunity
Under the direction of partners and industry professionals, this 4-week certificate program aims to teach participants the nuances of contract preparation and negotiation. Via Lawlevelup, internships will be extended to the top three course participants.
Eligibility
Open to anybody interested in learning about contract drafting and negotiation, including legal professionals and law students.

- Module 7: Preparing the lease, sale, and license agreements
